“I spent a very enjoyable hour under Sarah’s guidance, learning how to breathe more effectively. As well as being very calming and relaxing, I noticed that my aches and pains (which had been created by tension from revision and an imminent exam) dissipate completely. I had tried breathing/ meditation apps before but I found it more useful to have a face to face session with Sarah. She guided me through different breathing techniques, finding the most suitable for me individually. I took away Sarah’s suggestions and practised my breathing daily in the run up to my exam. Consequently, I felt much calmer and less panicky, without my usual stress and tension - plus I had loads more energy! I am still practising the techniques today!”

Instructed by Sarah, our students developed their emotional resilience through a series of engaging and educational sessions to help them find ways to self regulate and manage stressful situations; a valuable skill to possess in all key stages and to build upon throughout their school career. Sarah has a calming and professional nature with the students. She delivered the ‘Chill Skills’ course in an open environment that allowed our students to fully engage with the programme and thoroughly enjoy themselves.
