the importance of balancing the nervous system
mindfulness, relaxation and breathing exercises for self regulation
ideas to help yourself and your family
Make it stand out.
A regulate session forms the foundation of future refuel or reboot sessions. it is recommended but not essential to attend a regulate session prior to any further sessions with me.
